Thank you for choosing Rudraxis Store for your spiritual and cultural items. We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you’ve selected a hand-crafted statue, authentic mala beads, a vibrant thangka, or other ritual items, we understand the significance these pieces hold.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase. The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from Us.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company: (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Rudraxis Store, based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- Goods: Refer to the items offered for sale on the Service (e.g., statues, malas, thangkas, singing bowls, ritual implements, accessories).
- Orders: Mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service: Refers to the Website and related purchasing services.
- Website: Refers to Rudraxis Store, accessible from https://rudraxis.com
- You: Means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
2. Your Right to Cancel / Initiate a Return
You have the right to cancel Your Order and return Goods within 14 calendar days without needing to provide a specific reason.

Return Period: The cancellation/return period expires 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods, or the date on which a third party designated by You (other than the shipping carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

How to Initiate: To exercise Your right to cancel or return, You must inform Us of your decision through a clear statement before sending the items back. Please include your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return. You can notify us via one of the following methods:

3. Conditions for Eligible Returns
For Goods to be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- Timeliness: The return request must be initiated within the 14-day period mentioned above.
- Condition: The Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, resalable condition.
- Original Packaging: The Goods must be returned in their original packaging, which should also be reasonably intact.
4. Goods Not Eligible for Return
The following types of Goods generally cannot be returned:
- Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom engravings, specially commissioned thangkas or statues).
- Goods which by their nature are not suitable for return once opened or used (e.g., consumables, certain sealed blessed items if the seal is broken for hygiene reasons).
- Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced Goods are typically eligible for a refund. Goods purchased on sale or during promotional events are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated or if this exclusion is not permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
6. The Return Shipping Process
- Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the Goods to Us. This includes shipping fees and ensuring the item arrives safely.
- Packaging: Please pack the Goods carefully, especially fragile items, to prevent damage during transit. Using the original shipping box and materials is recommended if possible.
- Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for your return. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during the return shipment.

- Proof of Return: We require actual receipt of the returned Goods or verifiable proof of return delivery (e.g., a tracking number showing delivery) before a refund can be processed.
7. Refund Process
- Timing: Once We receive the returned Goods and verify they meet the return conditions, We will process your reimbursement. We aim to issue the refund no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods.
- Method: We will use the same means of payment as You used for the original Order. You will not incur any fees from Us for this reimbursement process.
- Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs paid by You are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Our part (e.g., wrong item sent, item arrived damaged – see section 8).
8. Handling Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is paramount. If You receive Goods that are damaged during transit or if You receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify Us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. Please contact us via email (one@rudraxis.com) or our contact page.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a description of the issue (damage or incorrect item), and photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
- Resolution: Upon verification, We will work with You to find a suitable solution, which may include:
- Sending a replacement item (subject to availability).
- Issuing a full refund, including any original shipping costs associated with the problematic item.
- Arranging for the return of the damaged/incorrect item at Our expense, if necessary.
Do not return damaged or incorrect items without contacting Us first.
9. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, we recommend following the standard return procedure for the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired item.
10. Gifts
- Marked as Gift: If the Goods were marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the returned product is received and processed.
- Not Marked as Gift / Shipped to Giver: If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves first, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser (the gift giver) using the original payment method.
