    3. After you place your order, you will receive an email containing our specific bank account details (including Account Name, Account Number, Bank Name, SWIFT/BIC code, and Bank Address) required to make the transfer.
    4. Initiate the bank transfer through your bank’s services (online banking, telephone banking, or in-person at a branch) using the details provided in the email.

  • Important Instructions:

    • Exact Amount: Please ensure you transfer the exact total amount shown in your order confirmation.
    • Reference: Include your Order Number in the reference or description field of your bank transfer. This is crucial for us to match the payment to your order quickly.
    • Bank Fees: You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank for initiating the international wire transfer. Please ensure the final amount received by us matches your order total after any potential fees.
    • Processing Time: Bank transfers, especially international ones, can take several business days to clear. Your order will be processed and shipped once the funds have been successfully received and confirmed in our account.

2. Cryptocurrency Payment

We embrace modern payment methods and welcome payments via select cryptocurrencies.

  • How it Works:

    1. Select “Cryptocurrency Payment” as your payment method during checkout.
    2. The system will display your order total in USD.
    3. You will be prompted to choose your preferred cryptocurrency from our accepted list.
    4. The final purchase price will be automatically converted from USD to your chosen cryptocurrency based on the current exchange rate at that moment.
    5. The exact amount of cryptocurrency required and the specific Rudraxis Store receiving wallet address for that currency will be clearly displayed.
    6. You must then initiate the transfer of the exact specified amount from your personal cryptocurrency wallet to the provided Rudraxis Store wallet address.
